SHIPPING GUIDE

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Please supply us with an address where someone will be present to sign for your parcel between the delivery hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

DELIVERY
Delivery within five business days for Metropolitan areas. Please allow two additional days for locations outside of Metropolitan areas. Any delivery date specified by us is an estimate only. After the Apple will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

CHARGES
After the Apple use Australian Air Express and Hunter Express as couriers within Australia. AU$12 Metropolitan areas and AU$15 outside Metropolitan areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
After the Apple accepts International orders. Delivery typically takes up to 14 days. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. When ordering from After the Apple, you are considered the “Importer of Record” and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

SHIPPING TERMS

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
It is important you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason this isn’t the case, we will provide you with a refund/exchange for full priced items where the product has not be worn, used or damaged. Detachable shopper, original tags and dust bag must be included.

We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that are faulty upon purchase, have been wrongly described or are different to the product that you ordered.Product must be returned within 7 working days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email query@aftertheapple.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Once authorised, you will receive a Return Sheet which will require completion. With the Return Sheet, the product must be returned securely packaged via registered mail within 7 days of delivery. You are liable for the product until it arrives at our warehouse. No shipping and handling charges refunded unless original item was incorrect or faulty. For faulty products, the sell price and return delivery is credited and free delivery for exchange.
